Return and Refund Policy

At Her Adaa, we want you to feel confident about every purchase.

Exchange Only Policy
We currently offer exchanges only — we do not accept returns for refunds. Exchanges are applicable only in cases where you receive a damaged product or the wrong item.

Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and the product must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In its original packaging with all tags intact
Accompanied by clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item received

How to Request an Exchange
Email us at heradaaofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos showing the issue. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement once approved.

Non-Exchangeable Items
Products damaged due to customer mishandling, normal wear, or items without proof of the original issue are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds
As we offer exchange only, refunds to your original payment method are not provided except in cases where a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item is genuinely unavailable, in which case a refund will be issued at our discretion.
